We travelled as a group of three women and weren’t sure what to expect but we absolutely loved it. The hotel could probs do with a bit of modernisation but was clean and tidy. The food was fine, we could always find something to eat. The drinks were ok, the beer was bottled San Miguel which was great. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We had a couple of vendors outside our room and they never bothered us, asked us to have a look and we said maybe tomorrow and they left us alone. We all said hello as we passed every day and they were fine. The area down from the hotel is beautiful, gorgeous beach and walk along the promenade. There are the usual looky looky people but a polite no thanks and they leave you alone. We felt incredibly safe there at all times. The only thing that’s not great is the WiFi but we found out the other pool bar had great connection, only found out at the end of our week. The guy who works there also gives you your drinks in proper glasses and makes fab cocktails. All in all I would definitely go back. For the money we paid we had absolutely no complaints.

Having seen what others had written I was prepared for a week stay in a run down dirty, poorly catered for holiday. Pleasantly surprised all round yes there were some cats around as long as you did not give them attention they did not mind you. Our room was cleaned daily and restocked toilet rolls and towels replenished. Our housekeeper was a lovely lady we exchanged greetings every morning and she deserved the tip I left for her.Breakfast was well catered for cereal, croissants, pain au choc, omelette, bored eggs, continental breakfast of a Muslim persuasion. No ham /salami. Fruit salad bread and fresh salad, jam honey yoghurt some times pancakes or doughnuts. Lunch time and dinner had a variety of different pasta, cooked veg, grilled fish, chicken on the bone and a beef stew the meat was gorgeous. In all honesty there was always something you could piece together. Really my only disappointment was that there was not drinks and or food available from the hotel at the private beach. If the hotel had some sandwiches, salads available and a couple of cool boxes filled with soft drinks it would have been ideal.
Many bad reviews on here… I had the best time in hotel agador, the staff are so friendly and the animation team are just amazing. I visited on my own and really enjoyed my stay here. Didn’t realise how big the hotel was. It’s slightly dated but I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I would say the people leaving bag reviews are just Karen’s because I was a bit nervous going on the trip after reading the reviews once I booked. Don’t listen! It’s a great friendly atmosphere and you can book all your excursions when you arrive at the hotel. The food was lovely. Lots of different stuff to choose from and many little bars around to get a burger or chips during the day. Would definitely recommend.
I travelled solo on 23/2 Got a great wlecome from the staff. Small room with tv, no fridge though, it was compact but clean and everything worked. The gardens are beautifully well kept and there are plenty of places to sit and take in the view. The entertainment was extremely good the Animators made everyone feel wlecome and their dancing was brill. Now the hardest part for me was the food, not a lot of choice and was always just lukewarm, the best meal of the day is breakfast the omelette chef, never caught his name sorry, was amazing (thankyou <3) All the servers went above and beyond. There is however a great bar over by a small quieter pool that does banging burge and chips so it saved the holiday for me. Beach wasnt my thing the vendors are annoying and there are no nearby facilities but its literally 10 minutes walk away.I loved this holiday, it was very relaxing and will be going back and taking my Mum and Sister with me.
The TRUTH for any one is who is panicking, the staff are beyond friendly and cannot do enough, there are 5 cold water pools , the entertainment is poolside with Morocco songs and music's very authentic and enjoyable. The hotel is a little dated but is cleaned religiously every day, the beds are hard but the staff are happy for u too change rooms. A friendly enjoyable experience just dated. Breakfast and dinner is good the burger bar is yummy but not a lot for tea so we ate out most nights. Is mainly french tourist who go. I am British. I enjoyed it but would go for a better star hotel in future . The actual resort is lots of authentic Moroccan buildings and lovely gardens lots of cats and seagulls to feed including tortoise so for animal lovers it's great . Plenty to do around resort. Don't panic the bad reviews are way too extreme and harsh

After reading some of the comments/reviews on here about the hotel I was a little anxious about going to the hotel and I can say I wasn't disappointed. The facilities (although it can do with a lick of paint here and there) the staff and the atmosphere was brilliant. One of the big things I read about was the food, mostly it was really good. Yes I will say that there were a couple of occasions the food was cold but that's more due to the fact the way they set up the food and how they kept it warm. The food was most of the time hot enough and nice to eat. The animation team worked really hard to keep the crowd entertained and they where really good. The weather was lovely I have to give a shout out too Miloud who looked after us when we went to eat our food in the oasis restaurant. He made sure our table was set how we like it and made us feel comfortable. We made sure he was tipped well he is such a lovely guy. I would recommend the place, food is very good, the service across the board is brilliant and the staff are lovely and attentive. Plus it has a couple of shops literally outside the hotel if you need anything, plus you can get to the beach from the back of the resort. Just follow the signs
Dated hotel but that was reflected in the good deal we got. Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The staff are very good particularly the waiting staff, bar staff and the excellent and multi talented animation team, very lively indeed. Family of four including two 15 year old boys holidayed for a week over the new year and we would definitely return here.
Well what can I say about my holiday only that I was really scared about what to expect after reading the reviews but I must say I was surprised once I got there. The hotel is huge and has lots to do for active kids, golf course, tennis court but to use the gym and the spa you have to pay extra which I thought was not fair especially if its an all inclusive hotel. The pool wasn't heated like it said during the winter months but we didn't mind as the weather was very good. The rooms was OK only some rooms had air condition, so if you are travelling during the summer months make sure it's a room you book with air condition. The room didn't have a mini fridge even though it is an all inclusive hotel so if you need a drink you have to go to the lobby or the hotel bar to get one. One thing does need to change is the bedding which is very old and tacky and even though the rooms was cleaned everyday the bedding wasn't changed daily. We stayed 10 days and it was not changed once only dusted and made the bed. The stuff working there are very nice and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel had a laundry & ironing service which you have to pay for but it was cheap but surprisingly how some guests tried to haggle with that as well, absolutely shameful. We will love to return to this hotel coz even with some downside it was an amazing holiday we had.
